Thomas Rowland
Tom is Head of Customer at Lokulus where he runs the consultancy and account management functions with a focus on delivery and growth within the existing customer base.
Before joining the Lokulus leadership team Tom spent 15 years as a consultant, solutions architect, and technical architect, delivering large scale business and technology change programmes. Over the years he’s advised clients across the UK, Europe and The America’s and has extensive experience dealing with both public and private sector businesses.
Tom is passionate about using technology to drive business improvement weather that be reducing cost through greater automation, enhancing customer experience or helping clients bring entirely new services to market.
