Leanne Mullen

I am the Wellbeing Lead for colleagues at Bruntwood and I have worked in the Bruntwood people team for 9 years. I support colleague wellbeing across the group, from our benefits and policies to our working environment, and all other colleague experience touchpoints in between.

I am passionate about enabling colleagues to live their best lives, both inside and outside of work. I am a champion of D&I and psychological safety and I believe that everybody should be their authentic self at work.
