Laura McMorland

Laura McMorland is a Partner in the Corporate team at Bermans (Solicitors), with 18 years’ corporate law experience both in-house and in private practice.  Laura’s practice involves M&A, private equity, reorganisations and other general corporate work.  Working mainly for SMEs, owner managers and entrepreneurs, Laura enjoys guiding and assisting her clients through the legal process.
