Jordanna Reynolds

Jordanna Reynolds joined Myerson Solicitors as Human Resources Manager in 2016 and is now the Director of People and Culture.
She is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s people agenda and has strategic oversight of human resources, with expertise in talent management, reward & recognition, learning & development, employee relations, employee engagement, resourcing, and people analytics.
Jordanna has played a pivotal role in Myerson’s success, leading the firm to be crowned Health and Wellbeing Champions at the Manchester Legal Awards in 2023. She has also been instrumental in the transition of Myerson Solicitors to a 100% employee ownership firm in September 2024, ensuring a people-centric approach to the firm’s evolution.
Prior to her career at Myerson Solicitors, Jordanna worked in generalist HR roles within the property and recruitment sectors.
Jordanna is a Level 7 qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She graduated from Sheffield University with a BSc in Human Communication Science in 2012 and completed her MSc in Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014.
She is also a member of the UK200 Group’s People & Development Taskforce, a network of independent chartered accountants and law firms collaborating to build a stronger, connected professional community.
