Emine Cakir

Emine is a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Latham & Watkins. Her role focuses on supporting employees across HR functions such as the employee lifecycle, parental leave, leave of absence and performance management. With a keen focus on ensuring that people are best supported and thriving in their roles, Emine is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment and culture.
Emine studied Business and Human Resource Management at the University of Huddersfield and is a published co-author of a research paper. She recently completed her Level 5 CIPD qualification and is a member of the Pro-Manchester Wellbeing Committee. She is also a First Generation Professional (FGP) and is a Global Lead for the FGP Affinity Group at Latham & Watkins, which promotes and advocates social mobility and celebrates the diverse paths that staff have taken to enter professional careers.
