Dionne Collinson

Dionne worked in Facilities Management for five years in which she has gained valuable experience in statutory compliance, H&S, contractual management, operations, security systems and service charge budgets involving setting, forecasting and variance reporting. More recently Dionne is studying a MSc in Real Estate with The University of Estate Management with plans to progress into a Surveying role once completed in June 2025.

Currently Dionne assists the teams on large multi-let assets such as Piccadilly Place, Arkwright House, XYZ and Omega Warrington.

Whilst Dionne’s career is in its infancy, she has experience in management of retail parks, industrial sites, multi-let offices and high street retail.
