Caroline Welsh is Operations Director of Leafyard, the mental health journey used by organisations to transform their employees’ mental fitness. One the founding team behind the app, she believes the key to solving mental health lies is in behavioural science – motivating humans to take positive action on a daily basis. She is proudest of Leafyard’s work in the UK Armed Forces, GB sports teams to genuinely change people’s lives for the better.
