In 2025, the pro-manchester Social Mobility committee are taking on a new challenge and encourage you to join us along the way, in our aim to do ‘One Small Thing’ per month. That one thing is going to be centred around making one small change that can help to tackle the very big problem we face with social mobility within the workplace. We want to encourage, empower and educate as many businesses and professionals throughout the year- to feel better equipped to make our workplaces more socially aware and encourage social mobility throughout the workforce. With monthly aims, events and thoughts – we hope to share our own practices & knowledge to bring the pro-manchester network together & become a more socially mobile Manchester!  #OneSmallThing2025
