TLT appoints ex KPMG head of strategy as non-executive director

TLT has appointed experienced strategy and change consultant, Rebecca Shalom, as non-executive director to support on the delivery of its growth strategy.  

 

Rebecca has over 30 years’ experience leading transformations and advising leadership teams on strategy, with a particular focus on complex business issues. She has led impactful and result-driven change programmes across multiple sectors, including professional services, consumer goods and retail, industrial manufacturing, technology, media and telecom (TMT) and private equity.  

 

She joins TLT from KPMG where she has held senior leadership roles within different lines of business and professions. This included six years as head of strategy for KPMG’s global firm, during which she was a member of KPMG’s global management team.  

 

In her role at TLT, Rebecca will work closely with managing partner John Wood and the executive board supporting on delivering its strategic vision, centred on transforming the way the firm delivers for clients, driving sustainable financial growth and delivering a progressive workplace agenda, with market leading sustainability.
