The 2019 Manchester PA Awards has officially launched

Last night over 70 of Manchester’s PAs, EAs, VAs and support professionals gathered at the headquarters of headline sponsors, UKFast, in their state-of-the-art auditorium for the official launch of the 2019 Manchester PA Awards. 

The awards will take place at Emirates Old Trafford, The Point on Wednesday November 6^th 2019.

Alex Morrisroe, Commercial Director from Make Events, who are Manchester PA Awards 2019 event sponsors said: “The Point is perfect and can seat a large number of guests which the event attracts, we were delighted when they wanted to be the venue partner for a second year running.”

Guests last night were treated to food courtesy of GG Hospitality and Manchester themed cocktails by Dovetail Drinks Company.

As well as revealing the date and venue for the awards the host was announced as Hits Radio Manchester and Strictly Come Dancing ‘It Takes Two’ presenter Gethin Jones.

Now in their fifth year, the awards run independently by the Manchester PA Network will continue to run as a not for profit organisation with all monies raised going to the Christie Charity.  The network has a goal of raising £200,000 by 2020 and has just under £48,000 to raise.

The awards already have a number of Manchester businesses signed up to sponsor including UKFast, Make Events, Lily Shippen Recruitment, the PA Show, Fabulous Fan Fayre & Manchester City, PZ Cussons, Hotel Football and Hall Brown Family Law to name a few, sponsorship packages are still available and can be discussed by emailing [email protected]

Nominations will open on April 1^st and categories for 2019 are as follows:
