The Summer Solstice takes place on 21st June and RE:TREAT welcome you to join us for a summer solstice wellness event sponsored by HipPop Kombucha.
Entry is free! Just bring your own yoga mat and prepare yourself to feel completely replenished! You will enjoy different wellness sessions throughout the day taking place at 5pm and 6:30pm, with Trev Neo and Siggy B learning how to find balance and inner peace through breathing, meditation and stretching. These sessions will create a safe space so you can know yourself better and find acceptance for what is out of our control, this workshop will help you work towards self-love and teach you the tools you need to build a bridge to a better you.
