Squire Patton Boggs Promotes Senior Manchester Lawyer to Partnership

(MANCHESTER 10 March, 2021) – Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that senior corporate lawyer Louise Barber has been promoted to partner.
Louise has a particular focus on cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions (including public takeovers), equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance. From an M&A perspective, her experience includes advising UK, US and European companies on cross-border public and private transactions, and her capital markets experience includes advising on a number of initial public offering (IPO) and secondary fundraising transactions on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market and AIM.
Louise has advised on a number of high-profile transactions, most recently advising ECI Partners as selling shareholder on the £600 million main market IPO of Auction Technology Group plc.
