It is Time to Talk Day on the 2nd February which is an initiative that encourages people to make space in their day for a conversation about mental health.

This 90-minute lunch and learn session will help business and team leaders have those conversations with their team members and lead with confidence to reduce employee stress-related issues, engagement and poor performance in your workplace.

During this Lunch and Learn, leaders will learn:

  • Why we need a new leadership style in a post-pandemic workplace so that you can lead with empathy to help foster a culture of openness and psychological safety within your teams.
  • The role of the ‘New Team Leader’ in workplace wellbeing so that you can better understand yourself and your role as leaders in a post-pandemic workplace.
  • The Wellbeing Blackhole: How mental ill health impacts team productivity so that you will be more confident finding the balance between empathy and team productivity.
  • How to spot the subtle signs of mental distress in your teams so that you’re able to recognise genuine wellbeing needs and find appropriate methods for support.
  • Effective tool to make the most of your 121s so that you can incorporate sound mental wellbeing practices into your daily people management.

Lunch will be provided!
