She has worked with over 250 organisations and hundreds of coaching clients, including MPs and Ministers. She has been a Non-Executive Director for an NHS Trust and served as Chair of North West in Business. Shelly has worked on several high-profile NHS governance cases as an expert witness and has made several TV and radio appearances, including contributing her thoughts about the #MeToo campaign on the national news.
As a pioneering female leader, Shelly has challenged conventional norms and the status quo, leading Impact with unwavering determination, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
