Leading intellectual property law firm Mathys & Squire has appointed Chartered and European Patent Attorney Iain Armstrong as a new Partner in the life sciences team.
Iain joins from intellectual property law firm HGF, and brings over 20 years of biotech IP expertise during which he has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious research organisations and institutions, including AstraZeneca, the University of Oxford, Cancer Research UK and Novartis.
Iain’s particular areas of expertise include:
• Personalised cell-based therapies and therapeutics, notably CAR-T cells & IPSCs
• Wound healing and regenerative medicine
• ADCs
