Join CGI and Dynamo at our upcoming Health & Social Care Tech Cluster online showcase event on Wednesday 24 February, which will focus on the topic of Patient Experience.

We will present the findings from our first exciting research project on Patient Experience, which we conducted in partnership with sentiment and text analytics experts, Wordnerds.

During this event, we will discuss how we applied sentiment analysis and cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology to surface new insight into what people are saying on social media regarding their real experiences as maternity and mental health services patients, with the ultimate goal of finding ways to improve health and social care services in these important areas.

We will be joined by a range of expert speakers within the fields of health and social care, who will talk about their experiences and lessons learned in terms of monitoring and improving patient experience in health and social care settings. These include  Annie Laverty, Director of Patient Experience at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust; Steph Downey, Service Director Adult Social Care at Gateshead Council; and Tom Adams, Health and Social Care Expert at CGI, who will provide some examples from a personal perspective as a patient and reflections on a move to a patient-centric health and social care system.
