Partner pack – Say Yellow December 2024

6th December 2024, 8:02 am

Monday, 5 January,  Greater Manchester’s remaining bus services in Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and parts of Manchester and Salford will join the Bee Network.

Ahead of this date we are carrying out communications, engagement and marketing to inform the public across Greater Manchester and these areas of the changes that are coming in.

This includes our Say Yellow marketing campaign that has gone live this week to push key messages to the public to promote the Bee Network and to help them make their journeys.

All Bee Network passengers across Greater Manchester, from 5 January, everyone using the Bee Network can look forward to:
• Low single ‘hopper’ fare (£2 adult/£1 child) so you can ‘hop on’ on more than one bus within 60 minutes of buying your tickets.
• Cheaper 7-day, 28-day and annual Bee Bus tickets making travel easier.

This is ahead of combined contactless travel with a daily and weekly cap across trams AND buses, making it easier than ever to pay.
People whose services join the Bee Network on January 5 will also need to check for new timetables this week (December 2) for some services, download the Bee Network app and make sure they have the right ticket as operator tickets are not available on Bee Network services.

Below you will find social media assets and messaging to help amplify this via your channels.
If you require any more materials to help communicate this with your audiences, please contact Alex Peace on [email protected] who will be able to help.,
