Moorfields Launches Preston Office and Partner Appointment

Moorfields are delighted to announce the opening of a new office in Preston and the appointment of new partner Mark Delaney, as they continue their expansion plans. Mark has more than 23 years’ experience supporting clients on a broad range of corporate and personal restructuring and insolvency matters across a wide variety of sectors.

He is well regarded across the North West and a vastly experienced chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner recognised for identifying and implementing timely turnaround solutions
for companies in financial difficulty. Mark also regularly assists clients with corporate finance and debt advisory so is well positioned to provide a complete advisory service to clients.

Mark will head the new North West Office located in South Preston Office Village, Bamber Bridge. The office launch supports the firm’s growth strategy to service clients in the North and increase our national footprint of offices throughout the UK. The office is the firm’s fourth office with existing presence in London, Gatwick and Worthing.
