The prospect of going to an employment tribunal can be daunting and it’s difficult to imagine what it would be like to present a case cogently, be cross-examined and supply evidence to a judge and panel. This mock tribunal is designed for anyone with staff management responsibilities, particularly those involved in grievance and disciplinary matters, including HR.

Forbes legal experts will demonstrate a realistic insight into the workings of a case involving a grievance which concerns a sexual harassment complaint, which results in an employment tribunal claim. We have specifically chosen sexual harassment, to allow us to look ahead and see how the scenario would have played out differently, if it occurred after the new sexual harassment laws came into effect. We will place a focus on the steps Company’s must put in place from October 2024, to successfully defend such claims.
