Manchester Finance Directors’ Network Event

22nd May 2023, 2:55 pm

Date and time

Wed, 14 Jun 2023 08:00 – 10:00 BST

About this event

When the level of inflation outpaces salary increases, the finance function needs to ensure that any pay increases awarded are affordable for the business, not only in the current year, but year on year too.

If this process isn’t carefully managed then it can have a significant impact on staff attrition and is why FDs need to look differently at how they reward, retain and motivate their workforce.

At this event our panel will be looking at different ways businesses have achieved this without having to resort to awarding pay rise after pay rise.

Finally, we will end with a Q&A session where you will have an opportunity to direct your questions to our presenters.
