This online course will provide an invaluable overview of the legal requirements when conducting disciplinary or grievance procedures. This will involve a delve into the law, supported by a scenario based approach to put these learnings into practice. In addition to the legal principles, practical and pragmatic solutions will be explored in order to provide attendees with the confidence to deal with these important workplace issues. The course will also provide guidance on how to effectively manage situations which may flow from handling disciplinaries and grievances, such as individuals taking sick leave during the process or counter grievances being lodged.

Tickets for this training hosted by Employment Senior Associate, Jo Handler and Employment Solicitor, Lauren Wood are £75.00+VAT per delegate, per training session.
