Leading property consultancy Fisher German are moving back into its Manchester city centre!!

A leading property consultancy has moved back into its Manchester city centre office following an extensive refurbishment project which will support the future growth of the firm.

Fisher German’s newly transformed office, located at Centurion House on Deansgate, boasts a fresh and modern interior design to enhance productivity and promote collaboration.

It comes as the firm continues to make substantial investments into its city centre offices following a period of significant growth which has seen its national headcount increase by 48 per cent since 2017, with 806 staff members now based across 26 offices – including in major cities such as London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Newcastle.

The 2,500 sq ft Manchester office features a spacious communal hub, with glazed-partitioned meeting rooms that complement the open plan workspace, arranged to provide an optimal working environment for both clients and employees.

The space has been enhanced with natural colour tones and finishes together with local artwork and surveying-themed artefacts.

A comprehensive range of services will operate from the office, including commercial agency investment, building consultancy, commercial property management, valuation and business rates consultancy.

The firm will now look to continue its ambitious growth plans, adding more new faces to the Manchester team as it looks to further strengthen its presence in the North West region.
