Kuits strengthens teams with a new round of promotions

Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has announced the promotion of seven of its lawyers and a new joint head of residential conveyancing following another excellent year for the firm.
Duncan McGregor, Partner at Kuits will now take on the role of joint head of the Residential Property team alongside Tony Hardy. Duncan joined Kuits in 2008 and advises clients on all aspects of residential property transactions.
Sam Jackson a member of Kuits’ Banking team and Kate Gledhill from the Corporate team have both been promoted to Senior Associate. Sam joined Kuits in 2018 and acts for mainstream, bridging and private lenders providing finance to be secured on properties. Kate also joined Kuits in 2018 and advises clients on multi-million-pound transactions, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
Meanwhile, Clair Moran and Danielle Davies from the Kuits’ Banking team, Helen Harmel from Intellectual Property, Rory Mather from Litigation and Ayesha Griffin from Family have been promoted to Associate.
