At our September 2023 HR Breakfast Club we will discuss how to manage claims of sexual harassment in the workplace and the legislation update on flexible working.
McDonald’s hit the headlines earlier this summer with the news that more than 100 employees had made allegations of inappropriate behaviour including sexual assault
and harassment. Our employment law experts will be discussing how businesses should manage claims of sexual harassment and the necessary actions to be taken.
We will also cover the legislation update on flexible working including the fact that employees making a flexible working request are no longer required to explain the
impact that the request may have on their role. We will discuss how HR professionals should respond to this.
