Kuits advises leading UK waste management company on latest acquisition

Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has advised UK Waste Solutions Limited, owners of Novati, Click Waste UK, Evolution Waste Management and C&M Waste Management, on the acquisition of AMA Waste.
The purchase of AMA Waste Management, a leading specialist skip hire and waste management company, will allow UK Waste Solutions to continue the expansion of its range of well-established waste and resource management services.
The team at Kuits was led by Corporate Partner Helen Mather in relation to the acquisition and by Corporate and Banking Partner Jan Winstanley in relation to the funding of the deal. Kuits also provided assistance in relation to the property and employment aspects of the deal.
