Kuits advise on new concept leisure facility

Kuits Solicitors’ specialist leisure sector team recently advised on and obtained the premises licence for The Foundry, Store Street, Manchester.

Joel Wilkinson, Dan Mullen, Adelaide Winter, and the team behind Swan Street Firehouse and Ramona, are bringing a new concept to Manchester, redeveloping a 200,000 sq ft former factory site to provide a creative neighbourhood. Remaining faithful to the industrial heritage of the site, inside you can expect to find creative studios, a tech hub, gym, as well as beer and food halls, an artisan bakery and deli, a tap room, and a night market.
