Join Onno Training for a Construction Group event with Laing O’Rourke and LendLease

The event is being held in partnership with various organisations from across the city including Manchester City Council, DWP, The Growth Company, Manchester Adult Education Team, Greater Manchester Council for Voluntary Organisations and Manchester Homeless Partnership.

The aim of the event is to raise awareness of what inclusive recruitment is and how this can support the delivery of Laing O’Rourke and Leandlease commitments for The Factory and Town Hall projects.

During the event you will gain an understanding of:

• The benefits of inclusive recruitment to your business
• Awareness of the barriers experienced by candidates looking to gain employment.
• Available business support and assistance within the city, for inclusive recruitment.

During the event you will have opportunity to network with specialist partners to discuss any barriers you face as an organisation when recruiting inclusively, gaining advice and guidance on how to address and overcome these.
