How to recruit or upskill your team through a degree apprenticeship

21st April 2023, 1:01 pm

What are degree apprenticeships?

Degree apprenticeships are a combination of part-time study with full-time work. They are an attractive offer for businesses as they allow apprentices to apply their university learning directly into the workplace.

Degree apprenticeships are a proven route to boost skills and can be funded through the apprenticeship levy.

With a degree apprenticeship, businesses will have the opportunity to attract and retain ambitious employees looking to develop the necessary skills to progress their career and to take on roles of greater responsibility.

All degree apprentices completing their studies at Manchester Met will achieve an internationally recognised degree, diploma or masters qualification from an Ofsted Outstanding provider.
