The last few years have heralded a significant change to the way we work, which also provides opportunities to be bolder and more agile – particularly within HR, the people’s profession.
Business strategies have been reshaped, new working practices introduced and employee wellbeing is at the front and centre – but there is always more to learn and the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition is just the place to do that.
Over a two-day period, attendees can learn, challenge and debate with leading thinkers and get insights into the key challenges facing the sector either at the free exhibition or the ticketed conference.
Thousands of professionals from all over the world come along to the annual event, now in its 75th year. This year the focus is on helping businesses build the skills and capabilities needed to thrive in today’s ever changing world.
The CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition is a well-established and leading annual event that serves the HR profession and is coming to Manchester from November 9 to 10.
