GCA Altium at the double with award wins at North West Rainmakers

GCA Altium has walked away with two top prizes at this year’s The Business Desk North West Rainmaker awards.

The Manchester team of the global investment bank took home Corporate Finance Team of the Year, while CEO Phil Adams was named Rainmaker of the Year at the event which celebrates the deals, teams and individuals that have had the biggest impact in the region during the previous year.

It is the second successive year GCA Altium has walked away with the Corporate Finance Team award, having been recognised in the category in 2019.

The awards, which are chosen by members of the dealmaking community, reflect the Manchester team’s consistently high deal volume and quality of deals, while Phil Adams was recognised for his involvement in some key domestic and international deals over the past 12 months, including the record-breaking IPO of Victorian Plumbing on AIM earlier this year.
