FREE TRAINING: Digital Skills for Leaders OR Review and Develop Your Leadership Style

Digital Skills for Leaders has been specifically designed by DataReplies to develop you skills as a manager, business owner or leader to enable you to have the necessary skills to integrate and understand digital tools for business success.

Review and Develop Your Leadership Style with Oakridge to help you lead yourself, your organisation, and others that you interact with. The course will cover leading through periods of change, the importance of leadership at all levels, the importance of giving and receiving constructive feedback, and how to successfully develop your team.

Each course is 12 hours, with a range of options for online or face to face learning. This programme is fully funded if you meet the below criteria:
– Minimum 2 members of staff (can include freelancers)
– Less than 250 staff
– Less than 50 million euros turnover – Greater Manchester based
– Only one nominee per business
– 75% of business not owned by a parent company
