FREE HR Health Check

18th March 2025, 4:30 pm

Did you know our experienced HR Consultancy team are currently offering to carry out a free HR Health Check?

Our experienced HR Consultants can identify where you are and help you on your journey to where you want to be, checking things are up to date, identifying any gaps and making proactive recommendations. We support existing HR teams by giving them time to focus on other priorities, or work with smaller organisations to help identify key future practices. Whatever your needs, our HR health check can help.

 What will we ask for?

Initially we would arrange a preliminary discussion with you to understand more about your organisation and your needs, it would also be an opportunity to talk through what we need from you for the health check and a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the journey. At this time, we will also provide a list of policies, documents and any stats that we recommend sharing with us for the review.

Ideally we would look to partner with you after the health check to help address any areas to develop. This may include an action plan or any hands-on support that you may need to achieve where you want to be!

We can also run any more in-depth checks on any areas as a follow-up or alongside this if there is an area you would like some further support on, just let us know.

 How long will this take?

Once we have all the information from you, we will confirm when you should receive the initial feedback and we’ll set up a follow-up chat/call/discussion once you’ve received the initial feedback so we can talk through the results and any recommendations made within the health check.

 What else to consider?

Perhaps you feel there is an issue in a particular area or notice things aren’t working the way they should be. Or there is an area you haven’t had time to focus on and you want some support to spot and resolve any potential gaps for the future. If so, we can also complete a more in-depth health check in one or more of the following areas:

  • Absence
  • Equality and Diversity
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Engagement
  • Talent Management (recruitment, training/development, retention & reward)
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Data Protection for Employee Data

If you of you know anyone that might need some direction or reassurance on their key HR policies and processes or support with their plans for 2025, get in touch with our HR Consultancy team directly to get the ball rolling and find out more on how we could help!
