EnterprisingYou continue to support the self-employed in Greater Manchester 🙌🏻

It’s been all about the events for the last couple of months here at EnterprisingYou. September saw the launch of our large-scale networking events, with four workshops running alongside networking.

This took place at Clockwise, Manchester and was a great success, with over 60 self-employed and freelancers attending. We have been able to sign up many new clients onto the programme from across all boroughs on the day, and one lucky guest won the chance to create a podcast trailer with Vic from MIC Media.

Following that, we hosted our women’s coffee morning – Have a Brew with EnterprisingYou, on the 3rd November. This time we held five workshops, heard from inspirational speakers and created some great connections during networking. We saw another ten clients join us on the day.

We are holding two more events in December to keep this momentum going. The first one is at UA92 on the 7th December, and we aim to introduce the EnterprisingYou programme to self-employed and freelance businesses living with a disability. We’ll have inspirational speakers, five workshops, representatives from Access to Work, and other campaigns supporting disabled people. Please share this event with any customers, clients or service users who you think may benefit from this.

On the 9th December, we’ll be hosting another networking event to celebrate Christmas with our self-employed audience at Bruntwood Bloc. It will be another opportunity for people not on our programme to attend the taster workshops. We’ll focus on boosting their business for the new year.
