CMS Manchester advises Cromwell on first UK acquisition

Real Estate lawyers from CMS’ Manchester office have advised Cromwell Property Group’s European REIT on its a 100,000 sq ft logistics hub located on the Kingsland Grange Industrial Estate in Warrington acquired for £10m.

The purchase marks the first UK acquisition for the Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT), and is part of the fund’s deliberate policy of increasing its exposure to warehousing and logistics assets.

The CMS team advising CEREIT was led by real estate partner Nathan Jansen, supported by lawyers Kristina Middleton and David Taylor.
