CMS announces deadline day signing of Chris Henshaw

CMS is pleased to announce the deadline day signing of Chris Henshaw, hugely experienced and highly regarded lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience. Chris joins CMS from Addleshaw Goddard, where he was Legal Director.

Chris specialises in non-contentious construction and has advised developers, funders, contractors and other stakeholders on a range of contract forms across many sectors including infrastructure, transport, commercial development and energy.

Chris is rated by Chambers and Partners which notes that he is “a pragmatic lawyer who is good at finding common ground” and who “has a thorough knowledge of the construction area”.
