CMS advises Arrow on largest ever UK warehouse deal

International law firm CMS has advised Arrow Capital Partners (Arrow) in relation to the largest single asset warehousing acquisition in the UK. The warehouse, located in Silkwood Park, Wakefield, includes the part developed robotics warehousing facility for Amazon.
Arrow is private real estate company that invests in equity and debt opportunities in the Asia-Pacific and European markets, backed by AMB Capital, one of Australia’s largest family offices.
Arrow will acquire the Wakefield warehouse from a large international investor. The completed development will comprise a 5-storey warehousing facility in excess of 1m sq ft.
