Clarke Willmott Completes on Swedish Environmental Technology Deal

Swedish environmental technology company Nederman has acquired Energy Save Systems Ltd, in a deal led by Clarke Willmott LLP and Swedish law firm Moll Wendén.

Energy Save Systems develops and sells unique software and hardware for the monitoring and control of filter systems, that among other things, reduces consumption, decreases environmental impact and improves filtration performance.

Simon Smith, partner in the corporate team at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP, said: “We are pleased to have completed this transaction on behalf of Nederman, a company we have acted for in the past alongside Moll Wendén.

“This complex deal involving three jurisdictions (Sweden, Italy and the UK) was a strategic acquisition for Nederman to expand their presence in environmental technology in the UK market.”
