We recently teamed up with Client Culture to gain deeper insights into how our clients feel about working with us, and the results are in a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 65, a great foundation to build on. Even better, 9 out of 10 clients would recommend us, reinforcing the trust we’ve built and the strong relationships we value so much. Alongside this, we received 131 individual pieces of positive feedback and 92 staff shout-outs – proof that the passion and dedication of #TeamBeevers make a real impact.

When asked what they appreciate most, clients told us that Responsiveness, Reliability and Expertise were top of the list. They love that we’re quick to act, that we deliver on our promises, and that we bring valuable knowledge to the table.
