Join Alliance MBS’s Accounting and Finance Division on Wednesday 26 June for inaugural lectures delivered by Professors Viet Dang, Maria Marchica and Roberto Mura.
Viet Dang will provide an overview of the link between a firm’s workforce and its financial decisions. His talk will summarise the main findings from recent research on this topic and discuss their practical implications.
Maria Marchica will share her latest research findings on credit and law, discussing the importance of bankruptcy and collateral regimes and the importance of collaterals as a means to not only access credit but also achieve more credit democratisation.
Roberto Mura will present his latest research findings on the links between ownership and investment. The talk will include an overview of the existing literature on the topic and will discuss the importance of well-functioning equity and debt markets, to foster company investment and ultimately spur economic growth
