AI@Biz – Artificial Intelligence in the Construction and Property Sector

We’re bringing together academics, AI experts and innovators, private companies, and business and governmental agencies to explore the power of AI across the Greater Manchester construction sector.
You’ll learn how to access AI expertise, explore collaborative opportunities to work on operational and AI application bottlenecks, and access developmental and knowledge exchange funding opportunities.
We’ll also explore how to respond to wider challenges in the construction sector – from a shortage of skilled labour to optimisation of resources and reduction of carbon footprint.
Whether you’re a small business or part of a larger company, you’ll discover how the adoption of trustworthy and implementable AI solutions can support your business ideas and plans. For example, the use of cutting concepts and technologies in the AI landscape such as digital twins, 3D drone mapping, VR and XR, retrofitting and decarbonisation, predictive maintenance, and energy optimisation of the built structure.
