Agent further expands senior leadership team with new head of strategy – Matty Balnaves

Agent, an award-winning brand & communications agency, has announced the appointment of Matty Balnaves as its head of strategy.
Matty brings a wealth of experience to the leading North West integrated brand and communications agency, which has been delivering a stand-out, full service offering to its clients for over 17 years.
He brings strong leadership skills gathered during 15 years’ experience working in leadership at previous employer Hilti, a multi-national software services business for the construction industry.
Alongside a proven track-record in strategic marketing, Matty is a passionate advocate of creative and sustainability industries – he is co-opted trustee of the Everyman and Playhouse Theatres in Liverpool and a co-founder of an eco-enterprise in Cambodia, as well as being a member of the vocL leadership programme.
He joins the expanding senior leadership team at Agent to help the team drive forward the further development of the agency’s substansial strategy and planning offering as it enters an exciting phase of new growth.
Agent, with studios in Manchester and Liverpool, has doubled in size in the last 5 years thanks to new business wins and developing existing client relationships. The business is projected to continue this growth.
