The good news continues across the Manchester office with the recent promotion of Louise Robinson as a partner in the Real Estate team just 12 months after she joined the firm from Mills & Reeve. Louise has a particular specialism in residential development matters working closely with housing and healthcare clients.
The firm has also expanded its real estate team with the recruitment of senior associate, Darren Ashworth. Darren has over 10 years of experience as a real estate practitioner since he first qualified at Slaughter and May. He advises on a broad range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on investment and development, for a variety of public and private sector clients.
Suzanne Benson, head of Trowers & Hamlins’ Manchester office, said:
“Steve and Darren’s appointments feed into the strategic growth of the Manchester office, and their presence will further expand the wealth of knowledge and experience we can offer to our clients. Steve will play a key role in bolstering our dispute resolution offering in the North West and beyond and Darren’s recruitment reinforces our continual growth and focus in the real estate market. Congratulations also to Louise, whose promotion reflects her commitment and the key role she has quickly assumed in the team since joining us.”
On his appointment, new partner Steve said:
“It’s an incredibly exciting time for Trowers & Hamlins and for the Manchester office in particular. I’m really looking forward to working with the team and am delighted to be part of realising the ambition for growth of both the office itself and the firm’s national Dispute Resolution team.”
