As unique as your organisational challenges are, over the past 25 years I’ve probably seen something like them. During 25+ years as a Director and consultant, I’ve worked with organisations in a wide range of sectors across Europe and Asia. My ability to get to the heart of the challenge is my secret sauce to get clients clear on what they’re aiming for and how to get there.

For Organisation Design I work with clients to create new teams and new capabilities. I’ve designed a new executive team to deliver an ambitious strategy, created a new operating model that prevented mass burnout and crafted a team that differentiates an organisation from all the others.

To create Thriving Teams, I work with leaders and teams who need a boost to achieve their goals. I’ve supported an exec team to adapt to hybrid working in their functions, enabled a team to step up to deliver new services, and helped a broken, disjoined team get back on track.

With Coaching and Mentoring I use a unique blend of coaching and lived experience mentoring to accelerate senior leaders to nail their goals. I’ve helped a CEO to realise his vision, an MD to respond to challenging market conditions and a 1st time CEO to find their feet and direction.

To create Change Confidence, I call on both research and personal experience to deliver practical steps, tools and techniques that help my clients navigate our world of continual change. I’ve helped an exec team to get laser-focused on their change priorities, worked with an MD to create a new change capability from scratch and helped a leadership team get more agile in their change delivery.
