Stepping up to Leadership and Management
Course Overview
Leadership can make or break an organisation. A well-trained leader can elevate a team, inspire innovation and improve performance. But too often, organisations invest in leadership development without really understanding two key areas; firstly, the requirements (learning needs) capture and then secondly, bringing the learning to life through lived experiences and operationalising the leadership theory into workable and meaningful learning.
For those new to management and leadership, it may seem daunting, but there’s support to ensure that requirements of the Individual, the Team and the Task(s) can be met by targeted and requirements led learning to developing initiatives.
Becoming a good (to great!) leader can make a very significant difference to an individual’s career, but also the organisation. Great leadership is felt by everyone around you, galvanising teams, and driving performance whilst taking on the greatest responsibility of a leader in developing others.
