Joel Bransfield Commercial Operations Director - Big Partnership

Joel sits on the Pro-Manchester Digital and Creative Committee. He has worked within commercial roles for the last 15 years. Most recently leading the growth of a digital agency in the Northwest. Joel has a proven track record of providing solutions for businesses and working with them to grow sustainably and profitably.

In his current role, Joel is responsible for expanding BIG partnerships digital offerings. With experience across the retail and consumer, finance, medical and education sector. His experience in delivering effective solutions and driving growth makes him the perfect fit to lead our Social Media Mastery panel.

Steve Hill Creative Director - Big Partnership

Steve has more than 25 years’ experience as a communications professional, delivering design, creative strategy and brand workshops for UK, European and global clients.

Steve has worked both ‘down south’ and ‘up north’ for design and marketing agencies. In that time he has worked across many sectors, including hospitality, electronics, food and drink, finance, aviation, charities and more. In recent years he has carried out brand workshops for clients such as Camelot, Kraft Heinz, Highland Spring and many more besides. His work has taken him to France, Italy, Miami and Ditchling! Steve joined the BIG Partnership in June 2019 and has been working across our four offices, engaging with both existing clients and helping to win new business.

Steve has degree in Graphic Design from Kingston University as well as a lifetime of experience in the real world. Although he’s quick to assure us Kingston-Upon-Thames is also the real world!
