Our panel will discuss what the next 5–10 years may hold, with a particular focus on Greater Manchester compared to the broader UK. They will also delve into the gender pain gap, highlighting disparities in women's health and how outcomes vary by race and location. The session aims to unpack the challenges and opportunities for achieving equity in healthcare in an increasingly data-driven world.

About the Speakers:
Rebecca is a corporate commercial lawyer specialising in the health sector. Her clients include NHS organisations and other health and social care providers in the North West and nationally. Rebecca has been the operational lead lawyer on several major NHS transformation projects including mergers between NHS trusts / foundation trusts and the establishment of integrated care systems. Rebecca joined Browne Jacobson in 2019 and has previously worked in-house at NHS Improvement / Monitor, the Care Quality Commission and the Government Legal Department. Rebecca was named “Lawyer of the Year” at the Made in Manchester Awards 2023.
Britt Gibson is a passionate advocate for women’s health, specialising in Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Drawing on her lived experience, she amplifies patient voices and raises awareness of menstrual health conditions.
Britt manages a support network for individuals affected by endometriosis, fostering education and empowerment. She works with healthcare organizations, charities, and policymakers to improve patient pathways and advocate for equitable access to treatment.
