Learn how to become an effective first point of contact for colleagues experiencing mental health challenges with this practical, certification-based training session. This course equips participants with the essential skills needed to recognise signs of mental distress and provide appropriate support in the workplace.

Participants will receive full Leafyard First Responders certification upon completion of both the 1hr 15min session and accompanying workbook.

Led by Caroline Welsh, Director of Operations at Leafyard, who has extensive experience in implementing mental health solutions and strategies across organisations including the UK Army, Navy and RAF, NHS, and the University of Oxford. Leafyard is independently validated by the Academic Dept of Mental Health at King's College London.
