Me v We: Navigating the powerplay between personal profile and corporate identity

As the rise of the corporate influencer continues, this informative, entertaining and thought-provoking session will look at the challenges of balancing personal profile with corporate brand values.
Having a high-profile individual with a strong presence on social networks, who’s always prepared to share their opinions and speak to the press, can be a dream.
But what happens when that person’s profile eclipses the company they represent? Should their wings be clipped or should they be trusted and allowed to fly free?
What if their opinions conflict with corporate values? How can an organisation – and its marketing team - harness the power of an individual voice without diluting its own message?
A panel of guests with different perspectives will be probed by host Ruth Shearn about the dynamic interplay between personal and corporate branding.
