About the Speakers:

Alexandra Livesey sits at the helm of international and market-leading flexible workspace, Clockwise. In her role as COO she has navigated the business through Covid and a period of significant evolution – growing the portfolio to over 500,000sqft. Under her leadership Clockwise continues to increase its presence in the UK and make bold strides on expanding into mainland Europe – this year opening a second location in Belgium and a first in Germany.
Alex brings a wealth of sector expertise of taking a product from launch through to strategic growth. Across 25 years in the hospitality industry she has become known for successfully running commercially viable businesses while maintaining service delivery and without compromising brand standards.
During Alex’s tenure Clockwise has been awarded and celebrated for its work in innovation, design, business, wellbeing and sustainability winning accolades from establishments such as FlexSA, RIBA and Property Week.
A proud advocate for Manchester, Alex has made the city her home. In her previous roles, she was instrumental in bringing the Ducie Street Warehouse to Manchester, further cementing her deep connection to the city and its business landscape.

Working in the hospitality industry for 15 years, firstly in London and then Manchester, Richard is now Head of Commercial Partnerships for Marketing Manchester. Richard oversees the visitor economy partnership and the Manchester Invest Partnership, working with companies across the sectors.
Managing the partnership on behalf of Manchester for both MIPIM and UKREiiF he has attended MIPIM for 8 years running and UKREiiF since it’s first year. Richard makes sure Manchester takes a strong delegation to both events to represent the region, it’s key strengths and investible projects.

Katie has over 25 years of experience advising on construction contracts in the real estate sector. Katie is particularly known for her work with housing providers in the UK in procuring regeneration, investment and asset management projects.
Katie is Deputy Chair of The Housing Forum and a committee member of the Manchester Constructing Excellence Best Practice Club and Save Construction Initiative and regularly speaks at construction and housing conferences on procurement and construction best practice including MMC. She was part of The Housing Forum working group reporting on Stopping Building Failures as a response to the Dame Judith Hackitt review in 2018 and led the procurement working group on MMC for affordable housing developers in 2019. She contributed to the 2020 Mark Farmer and HTA report on Build Homes Build Jobs Build Innovation on the importance of structuring procurements and contracts carefully to deliver MMC projects.
Katie specialises in supporting her clients through the procurement process to select providers and drafting suitable framework agreements and delivery contracts. Katie is often called upon for her understanding of alliancing and partnering forms of contract and is a Constructing Excellence Independent Verifier for Gold Standard Frameworks. In 2024 she recommended to the Task Group , two frameworks for successful Gold Standard Accreditation.
In March 2023 she was named Real Estate Lawyer of the Year at the inaugural Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards – an achievement determined on The Legal 500’s market-leading independent research for the annual UK Solicitors guide.

Tristan Evans is an accomplished Project Manager and Managing Director, with over 14 years’ experience in project management and construction. Tristan founded Motion Project Management Ltd in 2021. He is passionate, with a proven track record of problem solving, project delivery and client relationship management.
His project experience includes working as the Director accountable for leading projects for national & international developers including AEG, ASK, Together Money, ASM, British Land, Brookfield, Crown Estate, Derwent in the UK & Europe. Focuses are leading construction projects with a specialism in driving commercial value for clients. A devil of detail & vision for site delivery. Types of projects include Mixed use Commercial, Arena’s, Infrastructure & Industrial projects from RIBA Stages 1 – 7 from £5 – £750 million.
