Hybrid Working: Prioritising your Wellbeing and Self-Compassion
The global pandemic has changed the world of work forever. It has forced companies to introduce new ways of working, one of which has been the hybrid model.
The last few months have allowed some of us to return to the office and experience the ‘new normal’. We realise that hybrid working is here to stay.
What is the impact of hybrid working on our wellbeing?
In this workshop, we will take you on a journey through liminal time and explore the post-covid hybrid model through the lens of liminal thinking. We will look at how hybrid working affects wellbeing and discover the importance of being compassionate to others and ourselves. Using psychological research, we will also provide you with practical tips on how to manage your wellbeing at work through self-compassion.
